THINGS TO KNOW
- Returned items must be in original condition with their tags attached. They must be in their original condition and must not have been worn, altered or washed. We recommend trying on your purchases as soon as they are received to ensure you are able to return items within the ada + lou returns timeframe outlined below.
- Full priced items must be returned and received by our team within 30 days of purchase. Items received outside this period will not be accepted and returned to sender.
- We do not offer refunds on sale items, we do however offer a credit note unless specified. Items purchased during our EOFY Sale promotion are FINAL and no credit, return or exchange will be permitted.
- During promotional offers {unless specified}, a store credit will be offered on items you return. Refunds will not be accepted during this period with the exception of faulty items.
REFUNDS
To initiate a return, please fill in our returns form.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
SALE ITEMS
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
EXCHANGES
ada +lou’s carefully curated pieces are produced in limited numbers. Due to this we are unable to offer exchanges on any items purchased from our website. We appreciate that you may sometimes change your mind, or require a different size, and if this is the case we recommend purchasing the new item and following the returns process for a refund.
SHIPPING
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Ada and Lou, PO BOX 349, Oxenford QLD 4210, Australia You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
LATE OR MISSING FUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hello@adaandlou.com.au.
